IT’S TIME FOR GRUPPO BONETTI

Dear customers,   our  expo  is  over  and  since  you  did  not  have  the  chance  to  take  part  to that, We would  like  to  brief  you on the  news of the new innovations and technogy we  showed.

Beyond  the  well  known  machines,  we  have  displayed  the  following  items/  machines:

1. SELECTA PLUS  which  is  the  full  version  of  the  QC  machine. In  detail,  through  its  various  cameras, it  can  check  :

• Dimensions  of  buttons,  including  the  ovality, hole  centering, hole  dimensions, missing  holes

• Thickness  of  button

• Colour  sorting  (will  sort  into  8  different  shade/colours)

• Surface control  (chippings,  cracks, logo laser missing partially  or  totally + logo  centering  and  orientation

• 2nd  choice  buttons

Production  is  approximately  up to  500  pcs/min depending  on  the  type and  size of  button and  it can  work  24  hours  without  interruption.

Best  features  of  this  machines:

unlike  other  machines  on  the  market this  has  a  super  fast  setting  through  a  deep  learning and  can  be  operated  by a  medium  level  worker.

2  types  of  settings:  QUICK  in  3-4  minutes  and  SMART  in  15-20  minutes for  deeper  checking.

Report  of  all  checked  batches  (will  give  you number of wasted  button diving  the  dimensional errors,  2nd  choice,  how  many  each  colour  wasted  etc…)

By  this  report  you  can  adjust  the  problems  you  may  have  in  production  and  reduce  mistakes  of  future  productions.

There  is  also  the  version  SELECTA   which  is like  the  selecta  plus  but  it  does  not  not  any  surface  control (no  chippings, logo  etc..)

2. CHC  new     closed  circuit rod machine

This machine,  unlike  the  AUTODISMATIC,  injects  the  material  directly  into  the base  of  the  aluminium  tube  through  a noozle  which  gives  the  shape  of  the  structure.

So  no  more  settings  for chutes,  funnels,  pipes… just  enough  to  change  the  noozle  (and  colour  if  needed)  to  change  structures. THIS  WAY  THE  STRUCTURES  CAN  BE  REPEATED  EVERY  TIME  SAME  (keeping  the  same  parameters)

For  basic  structure  like  center  pearl   production  starts  from  14L and  over,   from  18L and  over, you  can  produce  3  colour structure  and  starting  from  24L  and  over you  can produce  4  colours  structure.

Best  features  of  this  machine  is  that:

• it can  be  operated  by  a  medium  level  worker (not  skilled  as  autodismatic).

• Very  little  wastage  in  the  rod  (only  2  cm  at  base  and  2  cm  at  top  while  autodismatic  it  can  be  10  +  10  cm)

• No  wastage/dirtiness  while  changing  from  1   tube  to  the  next  one.

• If  noozle  needs  to  be  replaced  it  costs  a  few  tenth  of  euro

• It can  be  cleaned  by  aceton  still  using  the  same  closed  circuit  in  a  maximum  of 15  minutes

         I  enclose  some  examples  of  structures made  by  CHC.  It  may  be  possible  also  to  develop  a  structure  on  request  and  its  cost  will  be  communicated  at  time  of offer.

3. AI CAM

It  can  be  installed both on  finished  button  machine  (VECTOR BF) and  on  the  turning machine  ( TM NOVA.IT) instead  of  the  photocell  and  it  is  a  stand alone computer  itsself. By  a  pc  it can  be  programmed to  select for turning machine:

• the  side of  the  blank (without  any  need to paint  1  side)

• colours  which  are  difficult  to  detect  with  the standard  photocell

• disturbed  pearl which  sometimes  happens during  blanks  production,  so  avoiding  to  turn  the  uncorrect blanks  shortening the  production  times and increasing  the  quality  of  the  finished  button

• in  addition  for  VECTOR BF,  it c an  select  sides  of  shapes  which  cannot  be  detected  by  the  normal  photocell

    this  AI cam  can  be  installed  on  new  machines  or  on  existing  machine  in  your  factory.

4. NEW CONTROL PANEL TOUCH  for  all  machines
